SCC

This kit is used for quantitative detection of SCC in human serum in vitro. SCC antigen is a kind of glycoprotein with a molecular weight of about 48kd. SCC antigen is a tumor marker of cervical cancer, vaginal cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer and esophageal cancer. In cervical cancer cases, SCC is regarded as one of the early warning factors. It can indicate the risk degree of cancer. The sensitivity to primary cervical cancer is 44% - 69%, and the sensitivity to recurrent cancer is 67% - 100%. SCC concentration after radical operation of cervical cancer is 44% - 69% The significant decrease is a good auxiliary index of surgical prognosis.
